An Error Code occurs during a System
Recovery. |
Solution
 |
 |
|
|
Use the following table to diagnose an error code that occurs
during a system recovery. NOTES:
- The error codes in the table below occur when using the Recovery
discs or F10 to perform the system recovery, not when using the VAIO
Recovery Center from the operating system.
- If the table indicates Recovery disc failure, the disc may be
dirty. Verify the disc is clean.
- If service is required and your computer is out of warranty, the
Sony® eService Web site at
http://eservice.sony.com/ can assist you in obtaining service
from a Sony Service Center or locating a Sony Authorized Servicer.
If your computer is in warranty, contact the Customer Information
Service Center at 888-476-6972 to speak with a customer service
