An Error Code occurs during a System Recovery.
Solution
Use the following table to diagnose an error code that occurs during a system recovery.

NOTES:

  • The error codes in the table below occur when using the Recovery discs or F10 to perform the system recovery, not when using the VAIO Recovery Center from the operating system.
  • If the table indicates Recovery disc failure, the disc may be dirty. Verify the disc is clean.
